Tour d'Allemagne - Phil Bauhaus, positif au Covid, a dû renoncer

Mauvaise nouvelle pour la Bahrain-Victorious. Engagée depuis ce mercredi sur le Tour d'Allemagne, l'écurie du World Tour s'est vu contrainte avant le prologue de retirer son coureur allemand Phil Bauhaus suite à un test positif au Covid. Bauhaus, qui présente quelques légers symptômes, était attendu sur son tour national, lui qui a fini 7e de la Bemer Cyclassics à Hambourg ce dimanche et remporté deux victoires cette saison (7e étape Tirreno-Adriatico, 5e étape Tour de Pologne). La formation Bahrain-Victorious poursuivra donc l'épreuve à cinq.

All other riders and staff have returned negative tests.
The team will start the race today with 5 riders.
